Our products are made up of a combination of real naturally dried and preserved flower stems. Our preserved stems are processed and bleached. It is common for these stems to give off an unnatural scent at first - however it does gradually fade overtime.

Dried flowers last for an average of one year to a few years in ideal conditions.

Keep all dried floral away from direct sunlight and areas with high humidity. Store them in a cool and dry area. Do not water! As some flowers are naturally dried it is expected to gradually fade or change in color overtime.

It is normal for feathery stems such as pampas grass to occasionally shed. To reduce shedding you can take it outside, shake it out and lightly hairspray to keep in place. Avoid placing in a high traffic area.
